When you contact us, please have your Order number handy. Our order numbers begin with MSW. Please validate and give your order number for example “MSW-100001” to our support staff for quick and better resolution

Can I add multiple products into my shopping cart?

Yes, you can add as many products you need in your shopping bag .click product reference number on the quick order link you want to order and add to card.

 

How do I find the Product that I am interested in?

You can do this in many ways. You can navigate over the menu bar and select either by category or more specifically filter by subcategories. You won’t miss to find your product of interest. You can equally find the product you need by product ID or type what you want directly on the search box such as; Waist Trainer, pants trainer, bodysuit etc. and you will be good to go.

How Can I Pay For My Orders?

How Do I Place An Order Online?

Shopping or ordering is easy and quick

  1. Click “add to cart” from either the quick page  or from the product page your to add to  Shopping cart,

  2. To view the items in your Shopping cart click on the Shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Review all items in your shopping cart - if you’re all done and ready to close your order, click on ‘CHECKOUT’.

  4. Proceed to payment by filling out all the required fields in the checkout page and then click on ‘Continue to Shipping Method’.

  5. Choose your preferred shipping method and courier, once ready, click on ‘Continue to Payment Method’.

  6. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your purchase

 

 

I Would Like To Cancel My Order. What Can I Do?

 

Order fulfilment are process at high velocity. Cancelling after ordering is impossible. Nonetheless, we are always ready to facilitate your return for refund or exchange after placing an order.
